Mom had to take us to the vet this morning .. 🥴🫣🐶… apparently wood, plants, leaves, p*e pads and anything that’s not food, still looks like a snack. 🤦🏼‍♀️🐶
but, we weren’t worried for a second because we know we’re in the best hands Best Vet in Ballito 2026 Animal Zone Veterinary Hospital 🏥

Nineteen years ago, Animal Zone Veterinary Hospital began with humble beginnings, a small team, a big dream and an unwavering passion for helping animals.

Today we are incredibly honored and humbled to be recognisd as Best Veterinarian- Best of Ballito 2026.

Looking back, we could never have imagined how far this journey would take us. Every challenge, every milestone, every patient and every family, who entrusted us with their beloved pets has helped shape who we are today.

This award is not just ours- it belongs to every client who has supported us over 19 years. Your trust has been the foundation of everything we have achieved.

Behind healthy animals are thousands of dedicated women making a difference.

This Women's Month, the SAVC recognises the women who care for animals, support farmers, protect wildlife, contribute to food safety and help safeguard public health across South Africa.

As of 31 March 2025 , 4,547 of the SAVC's 7,832 registered veterinary and para-veterinary professionals are women.

Their work often happens behind the scenes, yet it has a lasting impact on our communities, our economy and the wellbeing of both animals and people.

This Women's Month, under the theme "Building Resilient Economies for All," we celebrate the women whose expertise helps build a healthier, more resilient South Africa.
