⚠️🐾 A LITTLE WARNING TO ALL OUR FUR-PARENTS! 🐾⚠️

Today, while grooming one of our furkids, I was busy picking out these nasty little grass seeds from the coat. 😟🌾

These seeds may look harmless, but some have sharp, barbed tips that can get caught in your dog's fur and even work their way into the skin, causing painful sores, irritation and infection.

🐾 Please check your furkids regularly, especially:
💛 Between their toes and paw pads
💛 Around their ears and eyes
💛 Under their armpits and tummy
💛 Between their legs and in their coat

If you spot one, remove it carefully if it's only caught in the fur. If it's embedded in the skin, please get your vet to check it rather than digging it out yourself.

A little check can prevent a lot of discomfort! ❤️

Please share this post to help us spread awareness and keep our furkids safe.

💚🐾 A Message to Our Valued Clients 🐾💙

To all our wonderful Ooh_for_fluffsake clients,

This is not an easy message for me to share, and I sincerely apologise for having to increase our prices.

Throughout the year, petrol prices have continued to rise, and I have done my best to absorb these increases myself rather than passing them on to you. Unfortunately, with petrol now reaching R30 per litre, I can no longer carry these additional costs on my own.

As much as I wish I didn't have to make this change, it has become necessary to keep Ooh_for_fluffsake running and to continue providing your furkids with the same love, patience, comfort and quality grooming they deserve.

Effective immediately, grooming prices will increase by R20 for Still Bay clients and R30 for Jongensfontein clients.

I truly value every one of you and am so grateful for the trust you place in me with your precious furkids. This decision has not been made lightly, and I hope you can understand that it is necessary for the sustainability of my small business.

Thank you for your continued support, loyalty and understanding. I appreciate every client who has supported my journey, and I look forward to many more happy, wagging tails!

With love and gratitude,
Kelly-Anne 💚

Meet gorgeous Cody! 💛🐾

At Ooh_for_fluffsake, we love making a big deal over our furkids! 🥹

Cody absolutely loved every second of his very first grooming in the trailer. Momma even messaged us to say he’s still looking for us! 🫠💛 My heart melted!

There’s something truly magical about seeing a furkid feel so comfortable and happy on their very first visit. These are the little moments that make what we do so special. 🐾✨
