A great doggy daycare is about more than just playtime! 🐾🩵

From safe socialisation and attentive supervision to enrichment, rest and plenty of fresh water, all the little details help make a big difference to your pup's day.

Every dog has their own personality, needs and comfort levels, which is why a good daycare environment should make room for all of them! 🐶

At Anut, we believe it's the balance of fun, care and attention that makes those tails wag. ✨

What's your pup's favourite part of their daycare day? Tell us in the comments! 👇🏽

🫧🌸 A little bit of luxury in every wash!

At Anut, we love switching things up between scents, but right now, we're absolutely obsessed with Riverhound's Blossom 2-in-1 Conditioning Shampoo! 💗

With its sweet, floral scent and added Keratin Protein, this shampoo gives our furry guests that fresh-from-the-spa feeling. ✨ Not only does it leave them smelling absolutely divine, but the protein helps strengthen each strand of fur, leaving their coats feeling soft, looking healthy and smelling oh-so-luxurious! 🌷

And the best part? It's cruelty-free and paraben-free! 🐶🛁

Because every good boy and girl deserves a little extra pampering. 🩵

🐾 Ready to treat your furry bestie to some well-deserved pampering? Book their next stay or grooming session with Anut Cat and Dog Hotel today! 🛁 Send us a message to enquire and book!

🎂🐾 Two very special birthdays to celebrate this last weekend!

First up, a HUGE happy birthday to Oakley! 🥳 Our Australian Shepherd with the biggest personality, endless energy and just the right amount of mischievous nonsense! 😂💙 We absolutely love you and can’t imagine our pack without you. You bring all the fluff, all the playtime and ALL the antics wherever you go!

We hope your year ahead is filled with endless treats, plenty of water to splash in, and lots more adventures and mischief with your brother, Maverick! 💦🐶💙

And another big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our sweet Indie! 🎉💗 Our beautiful Collie girl with an even bigger heart. Indie has slotted right into daycare and has quickly made herself at home - especially when there’s water involved! 😂💦 From splashing about to snapping at the pouring hosepipe, followed by plenty of cuddles from our daycare team, she knows exactly how to spend a good day!

We hope your birthday was every bit as beautiful as you are, lovely girl! 🥰🐾

Happy birthday, Oakley & Indie! We love celebrating you both! 🎂💙

🖤 Today we’re celebrating International Black Dog Day (a day late - but it is never too late to celebrate) and giving some of our gorgeous black-coated visitors a little extra time in the spotlight! ✨

Black dogs are sometimes overlooked because of their colouring, but anyone who has spent time with one knows that there’s absolutely nothing “ordinary” about them! From the goofy personalities to the gentle souls, the big characters to the professional cuddle-bugs - they come in every shape, size and personality. 🐶🖤

So here’s to the black-coated beauties who visit Anut! We think they’re pretty paw-some.

Tag a black dog who deserves some extra love today! 👇🏼

🐕 So… what DO dogs actually do all day at daycare?

We get it - when you think “doggy daycare”, you might imagine 8 hours of non-stop zoomies, wrestling and absolute furry mayhem. 😂

And yes… there is definitely some of that.

But a good daycare day is about so much more than just playing. Our dogs get to socialise, sniff and explore, exercise, take breaks, have naps, practise those all-important doggy manners and simply enjoy being dogs. 🐾

Because just like us, dogs need a little balance in their day. Too much excitement without enough rest can leave even the most energetic pup completely overstimulated!

So swipe through to see what really goes on behind the scenes at Anut. 👀

And yes, some days their biggest achievement is finding the perfect spot for a nap. 😂 💤

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, AIDAN! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating our very own camp wrangler, big-dog specialist, dog whisperer and professional chaos coordinator! 😂🐕

Anut simply wouldn’t be Anut without you, Aidan. From the early-morning feeds and late-evening book-outs to handling our biggest, bounciest and “I definitely did not hear you say sit” dogs during playtime - you’re always there! 🐾😂

The dogs absolutely respect you, and honestly… the way they behave when you’re around says it all. 👀🐶 You have a way with them that we’re pretty sure involves some kind of secret dog language.

Thank you for always showing up with a smile, making our clients feel at home, and giving the Anut dogs so much care, patience and love. 🐾🐾

Here’s to another year filled with slobbery kisses, dog hair in places it definitely shouldn’t be, muddy shoes, dirty clothes, happy dogs and LOTS of blessings! 🐕🫶🏼

Have the best birthday, Aidan! 🎂🎉
