Meet Mia (aka Panda),the cutest puppy that was surrendered to Animal Welfare Helderberg with rickets from malnourishment. She is in foster care with Amanda Antz Pantz Mann to get her back to good condition again and then she will be up for adoption from Animal Welfare.

Please share this on any FB community groups you may be part of; we can make a difference by spreading awareness. You will be surprised how many intelligent and 'educated 'people still think that Rabbits can fend for themselves and live on eating grass!

Kleintjie was attacked by dogs today and we received a distraught call from her family as she was hiding under the bed , her hind legs seemed to be affected and she has wounds on her stomach, Sandi took her to Animal Welfare Helderberg she was stabilised,received pain and anti inflammatory meds and will be re-assessed tomorrow .

We hope she will regain the use of her back legs as the swelling comes down.
Please send positive thoughts and prayers her way.

She is still in hospital, but is recovering nicely
