Just like us, dogs feel the cold differently depending on their breed, age, size, and health. Short-haired dogs, puppies, and senior pets may need a little extra warmth and care during chilly mornings and evenings🐶🧥....

As temperatures drop:
✔️ Keep outdoor time shorter during very cold weather
✔️ Provide warm bedding and shelter from wind and rain
✔️ Consider jerseys or jackets for sensitive dogs

We are recruiting Pet & House Sitters in Gauteng, Cape Town and Durban.

✅ Must be available during December and New Year
✅ Must have your own Car
✅ Must have your own Smart Phone
✅ Must have previous Experience
✅ Must have Police Clearance

The selection process for Allow Me sitters involve several steps aimed at ensuring the suitability and competence of candidates.

Initial Screening:
➡️ This includes a social media audit to gauge the candidate's behaviour and professionalism online.
➡️ Candidates who exhibit inappropriate behaviour or lack professionalism on social media are eliminated from consideration due to a zero-tolerance policy.
Online Interview:
➡️ After passing the initial screening, candidates undergo an online interview. This step likely involves assessing their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role through virtual communication platforms.

In-Person Interview:
➡️ Following the online interview, candidates proceed to an in-person interview.
➡️ The timing of this step may vary based on scheduling and availability.

Reference Checks:
➡️ Once the interviews are completed, reference checks are conducted. This involves contacting previous employers or other references provided by the candidates to verify their experience, reliability, and suitability for the position.

Ongoing Training:
➡️ Successful candidates are required to participate in monthly training sessions.
➡️ These sessions may be conducted either in person or online and are designed to ensure that sitters remain up-to-date on best practices, pet care techniques, and company policies.
