Dropped off at Scar Charity and animal health shop this morning by a very concerned citizen that picked her up on a busy road.
Skinny, over bred, on heat, full of bite marks. Very scared.
If this is your dog, there will be cost involved to get her back and a very good excuse why you should own a dog in the first place.

They were taken at a shabeen (with permission). Dropped at Scar Charity and animal health shop.
Yes, we know they are sick.
Yes, authorities are involved.

We don't say this enough but we would like to thank Pretoria Animal Buddies.
I cannot describe how much they have helped us. Never has Maggie said "no sorry".
I asked for a trapping cage on fb.
Maggie replies "i got you".
We need a fridge for the practise. "I got you".
We need shading net for our cattery we want to build " i got you". Need advice on a legal case with animals involved... "i got you". Keep in mind that this is a women that works full time. Runs her own shelter. Organize donations. Organises feral trapping, sterilization and whatever else she plans on the side line. Never once has she said "remember that time i gave you this and that? You ow me". Nope. Never has she asked anything in return.

ORPHAN 😕

Not a single enquiry for this silly boy yet!
He doesnt want to have to spend another weekend at the clinic if he could be snuggled up in somebody's lap instead 😞

New permanent resident that was surrendered yesterday at Scar.
Unfortunately this baby is not up for adoption as the owner is very attached to the baby but circumstances change and the owner still wants to visit her baby.
Just a kind reminder that this is not a European hedgehog. She is exotic. She cannot be released as she will go into hibernation in our cold winter and she will die. She has to be kept warm to prevent her from hybernating.
No, she cannot be sent back to her country of origin to be released.
