🐰🥜 PEANUTS IN NETHERLAND DWARFS 🥜🐰

Did you know that a peanut is a kit affected by the dwarfing gene?

🧬 When two true dwarf Netherland Dwarfs are bred together, there is typically a 25% chance of a peanut kit per offspring. Peanuts inherit two copies of the dwarfing gene, which causes severe developmental problems.

💕 Peanuts are usually much smaller than their littermates and sadly rarely survive beyond the first few days of life.

What people don’t see behind the scenes of a reputable breeder.

People see the end result a tame, well-raised, well-socialised bunny at just 8 weeks old.

But what they don’t see is everything that goes into raising that little bunny. The countless hours of hard work, dedication, patience, passion, and, above all, the unconditional love and care poured into every single day.

They see the result, but they don’t see the journey. The time, the effort, the sleepless nights, and the commitment it takes to raise a bunny that is confident, gentle, and well-adjusted.

Behind every well-raised bunny is a reputable breeder who has given their heart, soul, and so much more to get them there. 🐇💕
