Meet one of our lovely coaches, Jessica Scholtz. She began horse riding in 2013 and has had a strong passion for horses ever since.

She has successfully competed in both show jumping and showing, and enjoys spending her days at Jade Equestrian teaching riding school students and helping new riders discover and enjoy the sport she loves.

Jemma Loppnow, one of our fantastic riding school coaches, has had a lifelong love for horses and began riding at the age of 12.

She has competed nationally in show jumping, dressage, and showing, and has also taught mounted archery and western mounted games while producing her own horses.

Over the past five years, she has focused on coaching, finding her passion in helping new riders develop confidence and a love for both the sport and their horses, while sharing her knowledge and experience with others.

She is a ray of sunshine and we are so proud to have her in the Jade Equestrian team!

At Jade Equestrian, we pride ourselves on being one of the leading riding schools in the Eastern Cape 🤍

But the truth is the “best” riding school is the one that feels right for you and your family.

Sometimes it starts with location, sometimes it’s the atmosphere, the people, the teaching style… and sometimes it’s simply the feeling you get when you walk through the gates 🐴

At the end of the day, it’s about being surrounded by horses, growing in confidence, making memories, and loving every moment along the way. (Well not EVERY moment 😉)
