It has come to my attention that scammers are falsely using names similar to my business, Sardinia Bay Kennels, including "Sandrine Bay Kennels", "Sahdinia Bay Kennels" and the website www.sandrinebaykennels.com.
These individuals are NOT associated with Sardinia Bay Kennels in any way.
The names currently linked to these activities include Emilius Kriel (cell: 073 891 4490) and/or Wynand Swart (cell: 078 884 9552). They have allegedly been providing my physical address to unsuspecting members of the public, creating the false impression that they are connected to my business.
For clarity, Sardinia Bay Kennels is a commercial dog boarding kennel. We are not dog breeders, we do not sell puppies and we are not an animal welfare or rescue organisation. Any person claiming to be selling puppies from, through or in association with Sardinia Bay Kennels is misrepresenting our business and themselves to you.
Please be extremely cautious when purchasing a puppy online. Dog breeder scams are becoming increasingly sophisticated. Fraudsters often use stolen photos, emotional stories, fake websites and even fake courier companies to convince buyers to pay deposits or purchase prices for puppies that do not exist.
Before sending any money:
✔️ Meet the puppy in person.
✔️ Verify the breeder's identity.
✔️ Visit the premises yourself.
✔️ Research the seller thoroughly.
✔️ Be wary of deals that seem too good to be true.
✔️ Never pay large upfront amounts before proper verification.
