Have you heard of a FCE?
A fibrocartilaginous embolism (FCE) this can cause a sudden onset of weakness or paralysis in dogs. Rehabilitation can then form an important part of the recovery process, working closely with the veterinary team we help support patients with this condition.

Meet Scampy, who is working with ACE Veterinary Physiotherapy following his FCE. His programme is tailored to his individual needs, with exercises focused on strength, balance, coordination, proprioception and functional movement.

Recovery isn't always a straight line, but with patience and consistent support, those little improvements can mean so much.

After ingesting ant poison, this pup had a scary start to their recovery journey.

Following veterinary treatment and once cleared as medically stable, ACE stepped in to support their rehabilitation through tailored veterinary physiotherapy.

Working together with the veterinary team we work on improving movement, strength, coordination and confidence, one session at a time. ๐Ÿพ We love seeing our patients find their feet again!
