OVID-19 PROTOCOLS
We at Mtunzini, Eshowe and Mandeni Vet Hospitals are focused on providing the best possible care for our patients while taking into account the safety precautions of COVID-19.
PRECAUTIONS IN PLACE ARE :
Hand Sanitizers
· There is hand sanitizer on arrival outside the building for your convenience.
· Surfaces are cleaned regularly with disinfectant and alcohol swabs
To Our Clients
· Please feel free to wait in your vehicle or outside in the shade, we will call you when the vet is ready for your appointment
· To avoid unnecessary exposure and possible spread we are implementing a 1 client in the practice policy
· Please disinfect your hands when entering our building.
· Please note that only one healthy adult person should accompany the pet.
· Call ahead to place your orders OR
· You are welcome to Whatsapp your order to 082 803 4111 and we will let you know when it is ready for collection. Please specify which practice you will be collecting from.
· We do have Zapper available (in Mtunzini & Eshowe) as a contactless payment option. Please just download the App.
· Whilst in our practice, please avoid contact (no handshaking) and keep at least 1.5 meter distance from other people at all times.
· Try not to touch anything in the waiting and consultation room
