Early puppyhood is an important developmental period. Carefully managed, positive experiences can help puppies learn that new people, other dogs, handling, unfamiliar environments and everyday situations are safe and manageable.
However, socialisation does not mean allowing every puppy to interact or placing puppies into an uncontrolled play session. The right puppy school respects each puppy’s individual temperament, confidence and body language. Introductions are gradual, play is carefully supervised, and puppies are never forced to participate when they feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed.
A good puppy school also gives guardians practical, reward-based skills for everyday life, including recall, settling, cooperative handling, appropriate play and calmly navigating new experiences.
The goal is not to produce a “perfect” puppy. It is to provide a safe foundation for learning while helping you understand and support the puppy in front of you.
Give your puppy the right start.
