Some dogs will live their entire lives in shelters. Some are born there, brought in with unwanted moms, and literally live a life in a kennel.
If there was a way to adopt them all, then I would really jump at that - but there is not. Homes are few, and decent homes even fewer.
So, it is up to us, as dog lovers, to show these dogs that life CAN be awesome - more than blankets and food, and the odd walk!

I LOVE training shelter dogs - they are always SO willing and try SO hard to do things, and THEY LOVE treats and the outing.

I love my volunteers as well, as they are just the most giving and kind people - all deserving of a medal.
