π BACK-TO-BACK SHOW WEEKENDS FOR ZIMMERMANN'S BULLY KENNEL π
What an incredible two weekends on the South African Bully Show circuit!
First up was the Torque & Tails Bully Show, hosted by the amazing Janene Moodley of Meraki. With over 120 entries and exhibitors traveling from all over to showcase their dogs, the competition was fierce and the atmosphere was exceptional. A huge thank you to Janene and her team for putting together a well-organized event that truly celebrated the American Bully breed.
Our results:
π₯ Kammo Havoc of ZBK
1st Place β Pocket Male 6 to 9 Months
For his very first show, Havoc stepped into a highly competitive class and immediately showed his potential. We are extremely excited about this young male's future.
π₯ Targus Jack the Ripper of ZBK
1st Place β Micro Male Senior (Over 3 Years)
Jack once again proved why he is such a special dog, showcasing his trademark structure, movement, and confidence in the ring.
π₯ SFB Hugo the Boss of ZBK
2nd Place β Pocket Male 2 to 3 Years
Competing against some of the top Pocket studs in South Africa, Hugo delivered an outstanding performance in what was arguably one of the strongest classes of the day. An incredible achievement for his first show appearance.
The following weekend we attended the Bully Assure Sanctioned Aftershocks Bully Show, judged by the highly respected Terry de Vos.
Terry's professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to guide handlers throughout the day made for an exceptional judging experience. It was refreshing to see a judge so passionate about helping exhibitors while maintaining top-class judging standards.
Our results:
π₯ Targus Jack the Ripper of ZBK
1st Place β Micro Male Senior (Over 3 Years)
Back-to-back wins for Jack! We couldn't be prouder of this boy. He came into the ring focused, stacked like a champion, and once again got the job done.
π₯ Kammo Havoc of ZBK
2nd Place β Pocket Male 6 to 9 Months
Another strong performance from our youngster against quality competition. His consistency and presence continue to impress us.
π₯ SFB Hugo the Boss of ZBK
3rd Place β Pocket Male 2 to 3 Years
Once again Hugo stood his ground against some of the biggest and most established Pocket studs in the country. We are incredibly proud of how he represented our kennel and showed the quality he brings to the breed.
π₯ Targus Odin of ZBK 3rd Place β Standard Male 1 to 2 Years
A special mention goes to Odin, who recently turned one year old and stepped into a highly competitive Standard Male class against older, more mature dogs. Holding his own against the big boys and securing a 3rd-place finish is a testament to his quality, structure, and future potential. We are excited to watch this young male continue to develop.
A special thank you to Jenny and the Aftershocks team for putting together yet another fantastic event. Your dedication to the breed and the bully community does not go unnoticed.
Most importantly, congratulations to all the winners, exhibitors, handlers, breeders, and supporters who attended both events. The quality of dogs on display was outstanding, and every placement was well deserved.
As a kennel, we are proud of our results, but even more proud of the progress our dogs continue to make. We will keep learning, improving, and striving for excellence as we continue building the Zimmermann's Bully Kennel program.
π₯ The journey continues, and we're looking forward to the next shows where we'll be bringing our A-game and continuing to make the Zimmermann's Bully Kennel name one to remember.
