It's hard to type this thru my tears: Hobbes has been coming to me for the last 5 years: I've loved him like my own child 🥹

Last week I rushed him thru to the vet,something was wrong. He was lethargic, lost his appetite,aneamic.
The Hobbes I knew so well was a duracell bunny on steroids, energetic, playful, ate absolutely everything with gusto: he lived life to the full,on full gas,his paw on the pedal 💓

He was diagnosed with a pseudo-cyst on his kidney: life-threatening .
Greenside animal clinic and Johannesburg Specialist Vet did everything they could to repair and save this baby,but on Christmas Eve, beloved Hobbes couldn't fight the infection,the blood clotting,the pneumonia,his own body's toxicity anymore ,and passed away 💔💔

We are broken. Mark lost his soul furchild ,along with all his other cat children: Lola and Dusty,all in one year alone . It's too much to bear💔

Hobbes wasn't just any cat- he had been a survivor,a well-seasoned traveller, a soul companion ,a free spirit that understood the joy of life and lived it to the max.
To not feel his presence ,his energy ,to know he is not coming home ,ever again ,is to feel despair.

We love you Hobbes,to the stars and beyond 💗 go cause chaos in the galaxy and send us a shooting star with your name on it 🩷🧡💜

**UPDATE**

A very compassionate young girl,known to the family,has decided to adopt Tabitha, and give her all the love and assurances she needs to adapt to her new circumstances.
It's very rare for people to give an older cat a chance, so we truly appreciate the compassion and kindness shown by this girl 🥰🥰🥰

This darling girlie needs a new home urgently. 🥹

Her mother has to move for work and cannot take her with as she will not have a fixed home. Of course she is devastated, as she only wants to do right by Tabitha.

Tabitha is initially reserved until she learns to trust her human and will need to be an only cat.
Once you have earned her trust she will be loving and loyal ,and will spoil you with cuddles.💖
