🐈We firmly stand by our conviction that cats rule 🐈⬛ and dogs drool 🤪, but today, this handsome boy needs his humans to rally behind him 🙏.
For those who don’t know Leo’s story, here’s a quick recap…....
Leo is a much-loved family pet in Windsor whom we help from time to time. He was attacked by the neighbours’ Pitbull and we arranged treatment, thinking the worst was behind him.
But when Leo went in for his sterilisation a few weeks later, we discovered his injuries more severe than we originally thought😔
This gentle, soft-hearted boy had a fractured AND dislocated hip. 💔💔
Thanks to a generous anonymous sponsor and of course our incredible Vet, Dr Ross at The Barn Veterinary Clinic , Leo was able to have the surgery needed to repair and reposition his hip. 😻
And now comes the hard part….....🏋️♂️ PHYSIO 🏋️♂️......because fixing the hip is apparently only the beginning and Leo needs several sessions to get that leg working properly again.
We’ve been given a fantastic rescue rate of R390 per session and have managed to cover the first two, but need your help to keep him going 🤞.
