Morning Star Stables, a division of Hydeaway Farm, is a small yard situated in the beautiful countryside south of Heidelberg, Gauteng. The Hyde family has been farming here for sixteen years; while the yard is recently established, Hydeaway Farm has been a place of tranquility, excellence, and homecoming for many years to human and animal alike. We provide quality outdoor livery, lessons for all a

ges from beginners to competitive riders, and training and schooling of horses and ponies. We also often have horses and ponies available for sale. Morning Star Stables is more than just a business – it's a calling. Everything we do here comes from our relationship with God, His love for us and our love for Him. So we strive to fill our work with Him and from Him all our strong points are born: love, dedication, diligence, honesty, joy. We are passionate about horses and people, and about providing them with the best possible care and instruction. Whether you're a happy hacker that just wants to enjoy the beauty of creation and that amazing horse-human relationship, or a competitive rider seeking excellence in horsemanship and a good all-round equestrian education, we will help you to the best of our ability. The Scripture that led us to open Morning Star Stables sums it up nicely. We will do everything in our power to prepare our horses and riders for their battles, be it in the show ring or on our own personal battlefields. And as for what is not in our power, we trust that the victory belongs to the Lord.

This low-maintenance mare lives out, unshod, and has no history of injuries since starting work. She has show experience, points in graded novice, hacks alone and in company, and has lots of experience with kids.

If you can look past the little-brown-horse factor I believe there's above average dressage potential in there - three correct gaits that have earned her a win at graded novice against the warmbloods!

So proud of our superstar riders at SANESA Core League Nationals!

🥉Ashley Burke on Jamaica came 3rd and 10th in their very competitive and large Preliminary/Training dressage tests
🥈Tali van der Merwe and Anika Venter's EKS Mawarda placed 2nd in both Novice/First Level dressage tests and 9th in their Level 5 Performance Riding
🦄 Leanè Pienaar and Cornerstone's Kashan sadly couldn't finish their jumping after poor Leanè picked up a tummy bug at a most inopportune moment, but Leanè tried her heart out anyway 💜💜
