Stone Creek Equestrian Private equestrian yard owned & run by the Shaw family. Based in Hartbeespoort, North West Province.

We enable young people to learn the basics of how to ride and care for horses. We promote good horsemanship and encourage young riders to learn to build a relationship with an animal through trust and partnership. We do this by ensuring our facilities create a natural and nurturing environment for both horse and rider to ensure that they have successful futures in the sport.

SAEF EDUCATION AND EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE - PonyPassion Stables, Buffelspoort, Marikana, NorthWest

Our next groom's course for the North West, will be held on 14 & 15 September 2026 at PonyPassion Stables in Marikana.

This is a 2-day course and will be subsidised by the SAEF. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

The course is limited to 15 grooms only.

Quilette, Cairo and Calypso jumped some great rounds, just missing placing, but maturing beautifully.

We are so excited to see what the rest of the year brings 🤩
