💧 Drink plenty of water.
🧢 Always wear a properly fitted riding hat.
🧴 Use sunscreen everyday.
⏰ Ride early morning or late afternoon.
🌳 Take breaks in the shade.
🐴💧 Keep horses hydrated and cool.
👢 Wear light breathable clothing
❤️ Remember: If you feel dizzy or unwell, stop riding and tell your coach or an adult.
