If you’re a fan of barrel racing, we invite you to join us at the Royal Agricultural Show and meet some of your favourite athletes! 🤩

🐎🔥 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗟 𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗬𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪! 🤠

Get ready for 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱, 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 as Barrel Racing South Africa (BRSA) joins us at the 2026 Royal Show!

From 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟵 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟭 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿, horse-and-rider teams will race the clock in:

🐎 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 – a fast-paced rodeo race in a cloverleaf pattern around three barrels
🔥 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 – a timed weaving run through six upright poles
🤠 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝗮𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘀 – a speed event weaving through three barrels set in a straight line

Expect fast turns, flying dirt and split-second decisions as this exciting sport comes to the KZN Midlands!

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, so if you’ve ever wanted to give barrel racing a go, this could be your chance.

All we can say is WOW! 😱

Cherokee Borans’ 2026 Championships and Top 10 Finals was easily the most exciting Finals to date!

The competition was tight, tension was high but the spirit of sportsmanship was held to the highest standard!

Watching 2026 Open Champion, Nicholas Heenan, run an impressive 18,601, breaking the Kragdag Arena Record, was an intense moment to say the least! 😍
