IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL WOOFGANG DOGGY DAY SPA CUSTOMERS

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you of a few changes that will take effect as of the 16 January 2026.

Business hours will remain the same. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Please note that any correspondence (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, etc.) that is received after the above days/hours, will be responded to as soon as possible only during business days/hours.

Due to increased costs for suppliers and to cover our basic overheads, we regretfully have no option but to implement a small price increase.
All prices will be minimally increased across the board on all styles and cuts.
All stylized grooms will be quoted and charged according to the breed and size of the dog – this will include Teddy Bear, Lion Cuts, Poodle, Schnauzer etc., as these dogs take up lots of time to groom.
Unfortunately due to our tight margins, minimal profits and high overheads, we are unable to offer anyone additional discounts at this time.

Please note that correspondence received outside business hours will be addressed during operating hours.
A minimal price increase will be implemented across all services due to increased supplier costs and overheads.
Breed- and size-specific quotes will apply to stylized grooms.
Due to limited profit margins and high overheads, additional discounts cannot be offered at this time.
