The Probiotic Yeast That Helps Dogs with Chronic Gut Problem💩

🐈 🐈 💞 Two gorgeous ‘”oh so quiet” female kitty munchkins called Luna and Coco 🐈 🐈 💞 and four strapping sweet friendly doggos Sport, Lolla, Blacky and James 🐕 🐕 🐕 🐕 🐕 💞

💞🐶 Luna came with a shovel in her paws, as she tried to dig to Cairo through the newspaper beneath her. After she had read the very boring Ads Section, she continued to let fly paper bombs to show her thoughts on the whole car journey 🐈 🐈 💞 All went well though and no cats were lost 🐈 🐈 💞,

💞🐶🐶 Sweet little boy, Sport and Lolla, our only female doggo for the day, were simply the best. 🐕 🐕 In fact Lolla was so cool that she decided to catch up on some well- earned beauty sleep on the journey back. Blacky was full of smiles and big fluffy James, we hope will give up his love of running in the street for more home time💞🐶🐶

💞🐶🐶 It was an awesome run with a super outcome as no extra meds were required for anyone, there were no unwanted pregnancies to be terminated and there were no wounds on the vet to bandage 💞🐶🐶

A huge thank you to Monica of Star Animal Project for enabling Bubbles from Skarrelfontein to receive medical treatment after being savagely mauled by another dog.😭 The owner reached out to Jade and then we all became involved.🙌The wounds are much worse than they appear in the photos 😬and the vet bill is sadly high (bill thus far attached). 😩

Bubbles will be going back to Bergzicht Diere Hospitaal for a follow up and the removal of the drains soon.

🐕 💞Chatsworth in the Swartland – 27th November 2025🐕 💞

🐕 🐕 💞 🐕 🐕 Today we had four doggos and three kitty cats 🐈 🐈 💞 🐈

💞🐶 Luna, a very cute little lady Jack Russel was very much a mommy’s girl. Lifting her lip to show her teeth, she made it very clear to Monica that touching was on her terms. Then when she was dropped off, she became daddy’s girl, as upon seeing him she couldn’t get out of the carrier fast enough😄

Brunette and Spikey, both gorgeous female terrier mixes from the same household, were extremely nervous and not sure of what was going on. They were overjoyed when the day was over and we were overjoyed that they had become “Ladies without Babies” 💞🐶

Spikey did try to abandon ship but Monica had her leash on, so the only thing that escaped was a huge sigh of relief🤭

Absolutely gorgeous Lady dog Blue and “cute as a button” tom cat, Tom, were same household siblings and they both joined the “Ladies without Babies” and “Balls Must Fall” teams 💞🐶

💞🐶 Tequila, the lady, not the drink🤪 and Lucifer, a male cat, not Satan👿 were our last two kitty cats. 🐈 🐈 💞 and, boy oh boy, Lucifer gave new meaning to cats choir🎤📣🎶😹 this was not a serenade of love but a stream of very loud protestations of ‘how dare you’s’ 🐈 🐈 💞they rode in the front seat with Monica so she got the full blast 🐈 🐈 💞

🐕 💞Chatsworth – 21st November 2025🐕 💞

Our "Steri Wednesday" sterilization program was another “Fab Friday” and went enormously well.😁

Our numbers for the day were 4 dogs🐕🐕 🐕🐕and 4 cats 🐈‍⬛🐈🐈🐈‍⬛but one of the doggo’s looked a little “green”🤢, but he came along just in case it was only the heat☺️sadly it wasn’t, but gladly we saved him on time😀the poor boy had biliary😐but after an injection💉 and meds💊, Rockstar Rambo will bark another day😂 VERY HAPPY DAY!!! His balls will fall in January 2026

🐕 💞 Langbene, the street dog, was the other male doggo who also needed some TLC along with his sterrie🙂 we noticed a swelling on his paw that turned out to be an abcess, so he had a clean-up and meds💊 and yay!! Another ‘happy day” dance😄

Stompie and Roxy were the two lady dogs to join our furry friends in the fight against the cycle of suffering👊💪 both were really well behaved sweet little darlings even though Stompie decided that the handle of the box was a good chew toy 🤣

Now onto the kitty cats 🐱🐱🐱🐱

Three lady queens, Sokkies, Skowe and Mockels, and a Tom boy called Survivor 🐱 one of the lady’s did have a bun in the oven but not for long as we humanely made the choice to end any suffering before it started☺️

Stompies, Roxy, Rambo, Mockels and Survivor all came from the same household🏠 and Skowe and Sokkies are together as well🏠, so we are super proud of their owners for reaching out. Langbene was our homeless odd one out but is still loved and fed by our street angels.😇😇

It was an exceptionally wonderful day as no courageous canines or furry felines escaped their carriers😄 everyone was super chilled, there was no ripping of humans or vets, there was no screaming from the kitties and we want to thank Amazing Adri Angel 😇who sponsored the sterries for the day and who also feeds the street dogs in Chatsworth😘What a blessing you are🙏🫂And you too, passionate paw parents in being proactive and showing the love for your furry companions🥰🤩

💞 🐈 What can we say!!! Tommy, a gal kitty with a guy’s name, had kittens in August and was now ready to join “Ladies Without Babies” 🐈Thank you paw parents for doing the right thing 🐈Oreo, our sweet biscuit, was treated to a de-flea session as well as the spay and lastly there was Wh**ey who was nearly a no-show but delivered in time💞 🐈

🐕 🐕 🐕 🐕 Victoria, Nova, Shelby and Meisie were our doggo’s of the day 💞 All the ladies were picture perfect with Victoria being rather timid but sweet and trusting, Nova, a lovely sweetheart who also scored a de-flea session; Shelby, a super sweet long legged lass and Meisie, sadly she was already pregnant but safe enough to terminate, so although frowned upon by many we opted to end the cycle of suffering before it may have started. Termination of a pregnancy is not something we do willingly and we consider all the options. Are the owners able to care for a litter of puppies? Does the female dog have any pre-existing medical conditions? Will she pass on any inherited health problems? And ultimately our desire to prevent unwanted breeding and reduce the number of dogs in shelters and on the streets 🐕 🐕 🐕 🐕 💞

💞 What a treat and what a pleasure of a day, even though Friday is not an ideal day for a sterrie run as most people are tired and Monica was solo angel , but just one simple procedure with endless benefits was performed on 7 furry friends that will improve their lives and create a better future for them🐕 💞 Less fur kids, more love.

💞🐶 We kicked off with a very sweet 27kg cross-boerbul female, a big girl mommy many times over but no longer. What a relief to add her to our ”Ladies Without Babies” team. Then there was Duke, her gorgeous 33 kg sibling brother. “Balls Must Fall” have earned another brownie point 💞🐶 Darling Rosie, a very mixed breed girlie who Monica has had her eye on because she was yet another mommy many times over…..but yippee yay🙌…..no longer 🐕 💞it was a sister/brother day as Pappie is Rosie’s sibling. He is a black and tan boy who has felt the tough side of life judging by his scared response to human handling. Monica gave him his space as she felt his fear, so he was sedated, fixed first and monitored from the safety of his cage. 🐕 💞 A process that proved to be calming and stress-free for everyone 🐕 💞

💞🐱Snowey was our first feline furry, followed by Lulu and Snoensie, all well behaved siblings who came from the same home as Pappie and Rosie💞🐱 We love it when it’s a mixed family day 💞 Baa, Jackson and wriggly Rio were family felines, but we had to leave Rio behind as he shot up a fence pole and meowed down to us ‘ not today” 💞 Jackson decided on the way home that the box he was in was not big enough so he ‘magyvered’ his way out 💞 luckily the windows were not open wide enough for a cat to escape through so instead of suffering heart failure Monica and faithful Jessica delivered all their sterries for the day home safely. 💞 💞🐶Jackson found a snug spot and slept💞🐱🐱🐱

💞🐶 We can’t end this update though without a stats update on how much of a difference the donation from the Sigrud Remembrance Fund has helped us 💞🐶 Their special contribution has allowed us to make a sizable dent in the fight to stop the endless suffering of unwanted litters 🐶 21 dogs and 18 cats have been sterilised since mid August 2025 giving us 39 whopping whoop whoops 🐶27 females added to “ladies without babies” and 12 males to “Balls must Fall” 💞🐱🐱Without funding like this, our mission would be near impossible. 💞🐱🐱Thank you for being a part of our vision!

We collected, sterilised and delivered three dogs and three cats 🐕 🐕 🐈 🐈 🐈+ 💞 it would have been four cats but we had another runner! How do these cats know???Never mind we are hoping that next week she’ll hang around long enough for Angel Monica to bundle her into a “cannot escape box” and get her spayed.

Our kitty munchkins for the day were three really sweet loveable kitties 🐱called Tikky. Storm and Ninja. Storm, a rather large grey young man, was so classy in his grey suit while Tikky, who was expected to be the crazy one, was wonderfully calm as could be. Ninja, a rather chatty chick, updated Jessica and Monica on all that was important in life, serenading them both for the duration of the road trip. 🐈 🐈 🐈 💞

Our three doggo nunu’s didn’t disappoint. Bekkie, Roxy and Mia, all adorable, well behaved crossbreed rescue’s, who’s paw parents were committed to help us stop the cycle of suffering. But let’s talk about Bekkie!! Another escape artist in the mix, she chewed herself out the box taking her to the vet and then proceeded to do the same on the way back. ‘No box will contain me” she woofed as Monica glanced into her rear-view mirror to see her ears bobbing above the other boxes, leading to her getting stuck between the other boxes as she squeezed her way to freedom.

Monica did a quick stop on the highway and saved her and the other “dogs in boxes” from possible damage. Popping her in the front seat, Monica swore she heard her say “See…. All I wanted to do was to ride in the front seat with you”

“Do not touch me” Mia, strangely allowed cuddles and love and we think this was because she knew Monica and Jessica were not going to hurt her. And Roxy?? A big cuddle softy of note!

We need to stop here and say Thank You…Thank You…Thank You to awesome always supportive Jessica🙎‍♀️, as this is Animal Outreach, and we couldn’t manage without her💞🐱She puts the ‘can do’ into 'cannot do' and we are so grateful for her commitment to the Cause 🐕 🐕 🐕 🐈 🐈 🐈+ 💞

🐈 🐕 🐕 💞 Today we had 4 kitcats and 3 doggos 🐈 🐕 🐕 💞 🐈

🐕 💞Hiba, Bella, Ski and Bluey made up the furry cat choir foursome. Bluey was our Garfield boy of the trip, and was not happy to be in a box. His ginger ‘claws-out’ paws swiped at whatever human hands he made contact with. Not to mention that it sounded like he was doing zoomies in his box. All ended well though as no blood was drawn. Then there was Ski!! Remember our ’runner’ from last week? This time her paw parents were prepared so luckily there were no Houdini impersonators in today’s vet run. Bella and Hiba are neighbour buddies, so apart from joining in the cat choir, they were special stars. Hiba’s soprano; Bella’s bellow (‘what a loud lady); Ski’s alto and Bluey’s tenor would have given any music band a run for their money. 🐕 🐕 A successful cat trip for the day though and thank you to all the paw parents for making a plan.

🐕🐈💞On the doggo front we had Cristal, a soft natured black beauty with a white flash on her chest, Sweetie the blond bombshell and Stufuza, Sweetie’s 4 month old brindle cutie patootie puppy,🐶Two doggo’s from one household!!!!! We are super impressed😙

All from Chatsworth so a huge thank you to the paw parents who care about their pets and fighting the cycle of suffering. 🐕 💞

🐕 💞It was a "ladies without babies " and “Balls must Fall” day and what a friendly delightful bunch they were. All went very smoothly.

🐈 🐕 🐕 💞 Today we had 3 doggos and 3 cats 🐈 🐕 🐕 💞there should have been 4 of each but we had a ‘runner’ and a ‘no show’ so we made do with 6 of the best 🐕 🐕 🐕 🐈 🐈 🐈💞

💞🐶 Meisie, Stacey and Snowey were our wonderful woofers 💞🐶🐶Meisie, a little black and white foxy cross was first in line to stop the cycle of suffering. She was the tiniest, cutest and sweetest little nunu and although already pregnant, we saved her the stress of bringing puppies into a world that could let them all down. Not an easy choice to make but rather that than a life of abandonment and misery. 💞🐶Thank you to her paw parents for getting her to us before it was too late to do anything💞🐶

💞🐶 Stacey, our golden star of the day, we feel sure was crate trained in another life. It was if she had read the script as with trust in her paws, she walked into the dog carrier, settled down for the ride, at Bergzicht she hopped onto the scale and then, after her op, she trotted back into the cage on slightly wobbly legs. 💞🐶 We were super impressed💞🐶

💞🐶Then there was Snowey💞🐶 a young “ball of energy” pitbull cross who was a dynamo dog💞🐶We expected to collect a less energetic nunu on our return trip but it was like someone had forgotten to switch the energy globe off, as with pounces in his paws, this little livewire bounded with gay abandon and captured many hearts💞🐶

💞🐱🐱🐱 Gigi, Lollies and Star were our fabulous felines 💞🐱🐱🐱Docile, gentle Gigi checked out the scene as if bored by what was going on, whereas Star just had to make sure that she made up for Gigi’s silence 🐈 💞 Lovely Lollie was with her sister, but said sister soon became our ’runner’ of the day. Her escape was temporary so she will be in line to join the ladies without babies on the next sterrie day. 🐈 💞
