This comes up all the time in sessions. Please be very conscious of what cleaning products you use, they are highly toxic to people and especially animals. Anything with 'parfum' is toxic. I recommend using bicarb and vinegar to clean most things in the house.

A new peer-reviewed study in Frontiers in Veterinary Science found that 2 out of 3 dogs with lymphoma were exposed to benzene at DNA-damaging levels, and nearly 9 out of 10 were exposed to xylene. But here’s what most people miss: over half of healthy dogs had similar benzene exposure, and nearly all dogs had xylene exposure too.

This isn’t rare, it’s everyday life. These chemicals, released from products like cleaners, air fresheners, candles, paints, furniture, and even gas stoves, are commonly found in indoor air and can damage DNA in lab studies. Most dogs are living in a constant background of exposure we rarely think about.

The good news is you can reduce it.🙌 Focus on your indoor air, improve ventilation, use an air purifier with activated carbon if possible, avoid synthetic fragrances, switch to simpler low-toxin products, and eliminate smoke exposure. It’s not one big toxin that matters, it’s the constant low-level exposure over time.

Some photos from Day 1 of our Intermediate Animal Communication and Healing Workshop on Saturday 💜 we are honoured to have a group of very special ladies who all wish to better serve and connect with the animals and nature.
Of course the dogs were co-facilitators and special Maccy decided to come be my left hand man right as we started the day.
We had fun focusing on playful curiosity while exploring new tools and practices: body language, behaviour, pendulum work, sensing energy, crystal healing.
There were also 3 birthdays on the 9th! Thanks Michéle for our beautiful vegan cake 🎂 😍

*Running time:* 9am to 3pm with 30 mins break for lunch on SATURDAY 6th AND SATURDAY 20th June (2 day workshop)

PREREQUISITES: *must* have completed an introductory animal communication workshop with any teacher in order to attend and complete the refresher homework by the 30th May

*Everything you need to bring:*
updated list with supplies needed and substitutes will be sent on confirmation of your booking
- 2 photos of your pets where you can see their eyes (one pet per photo), they can be living or passed (sent to me the week before the workshop)
- A pendulum (if you have one)
- A pen and notepad (otherwise you can add notes to your manual)
- An open mind and heart ready to learn and connect with animals
