At just 5 months old, Dipsy is at that perfect age. He still has all the fun and charm of a puppy, but he's past the baby stage and ready to start learning about the world with his future family.

ACTION!
Our dogs were officially camera-ready this week thanks to the amazing Johan from , who captured some seriously superstar-level moments at our centre. From model poses to runway etiquette, the dogs definitely understood the assignment and gave us some incredible photos to show off.

A huge thank you to Johan for spending time with our dogs and helping capture their personalities so perfectly. We can’t wait to share more of these special moments!

Dogs featured: Michelle Rodriguez, Tyler Hoechlin, Marcus Shenkenberg, Lenny Kravitz, Timothee Chalamet & Vanessa Carlton.

WOOF OF THE WEEK: EMILY ROSSUM
Emily has so much love to give, but at the centre it’s not quite shining through at the moment. She’s feeling a bit overwhelmed and really needs a calm home where she can settle, feel safe, and start showing her true personality again.
She’s a gentle, people-focused girl who enjoys her walks and loves getting out on outings to places like Sea Point and Green Point. Away from the busy environment, we know she will start to thrive.

Right now, Emily urgently needs either a foster or forever home where she can decompress and just be herself.

This month we’re celebrating Gia, whose dedication to WOOF Project never goes unnoticed. From walking dogs and helping at outings to assisting behind the scenes at the centre, Gia is always willing to step in wherever she’s needed.

Her kindness, hard work, and constant support make such a huge difference to both the team and the dogs, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she does.

This Mother’s Day, honour your mom by sponsoring a shelter dog in her name. A meaningful gift that goes beyond the usual, and one that will last long after the roses have faded.

Your sponsorship supports a dog at WOOF Project while they wait for a home. Sponsorship is R500, or R1000 if you’d like to receive a photo and update once your sponsored dog has been adopted.

Bring your mom to meet the dog you’re sponsoring in her name and take a polaroid together as a keepsake to hold onto.
For those who can’t make it to the pop-up, you’ll receive a personalised e-card to print, personalise and present to your Mamma Mia.
