Big news! We don't easily take on new food brands, they've got to really offer something new to our clients and also meet our (and our pets') very high standards. These guys did, and then some!

First 5 customers to correctly guess the new brand get 10% off their first order of it! Clues in the slides, we tried to make this one easy for y'all...

What's most important to you in a new brand?

We had so much fun shooting a lil video to show people who are nervous about trying raw how easy we try to make it for them. Just the three of us and a good friend who were working on to feed her dogs raw!

What do you think? Does this video seem accurate about our service, to you?

Does your dog have smelly breath? 🤔 Well, they shouldn’t! 👅

Dogs’ breath does not naturally smell bad. There’s a popular misconception that “dog breath” is just something we have to put up with. It isn’t.

Just like humans, dogs’ breath is affected by what they eat. Our dogs Mochi and Badger have been raw fed their whole lives, and their breath does not smell. 🍃 We never brush their teeth or give them flavoured “dental chews” – their pearly whites are kept sparkling by gnawing on raw bones or natural chews only.🐾

Bad breath can be an indication of infection or illness in the mouth or stomach, so you want to be able to notice the difference. 🐶 If your pooch has stinky breath, it might be time to change their diet! 🦴 And if they’re already eating raw and you notice a pong, it’s definitely time for a vet check up…

That look when you forget to defrost their food. 😬

You know the one. Unblinking stare. A sigh so dramatic it deserves an Oscar. Somehow you've gone from best human ever to a person who has personally wronged them. 😤👀

Quick fix: Pop the sealed bag or container in a bowl of cold water and it'll thaw much faster. Cold water only. Hot water and the microwave are a party for bacteria, and nobody invited them.

What's your biggest raw feeding fail? We promise to laugh with you, not at you. Mostly. 😆

Mochi wins Employee of the Month AGAIN! We couldn’t imagine anyone more dedicated to quality control than Moch 🐶

She’s been our Chief Product Tester since day 1, and today she’s giving Raw Love’s delightful seasonal Venison meal her stamp of approval. The highlights for her, were:

✅ Single protein meal.... venison with venison on the side 🤤
✅ Impeccable flavour
✅ Chewable packaging (ahem, we would like to edit that to say “recyclable” packaging! But yes, keep it out of your dog’s reach)

Thank you, QC Officer Mochi! We look forward to your further feedback. And p.s. your emotional support cuddles are the best 💛
