🎉 FIVE YEARS OF EQUISPES! 🐴🌧️
Time flies when you’re doing what you love — even faster when you’re dodging Cape Town’s sideways rain, gale-force winds, and trying to keep horses clean for longer than 5 minutes! 😅
This month marks the 5th birthday of Equispes Clinical Services, founded in May 2021. What an incredible journey it’s been — from early mornings and emergency call-outs to unforgettable horses, wonderful clients, and plenty of weather adventures along the way.
Thank you to everyone who has supported the practice over the past five years. Your trust, support, and love for your horses mean the world to us. Here’s to many more years of muddy boots, happy horses, and surviving Cape Town winters together! 🎉🐎

Behind the scenes of equine care.
On 20 January 2026, Equispes was at George Animal Hospital for a Kissing Spine surgery — a powerful reminder of how far equine medicine has come, and where expertise, precision, and compassion meet. 💪🐎

Please note that our practice will be closed from 12 December and will reopen on 5 January.
