What a crazy world we’re living in right now…

We’ve recently been notified of a 20% increase in foam prices effective 1 May 2026, and courier costs have more than tripled since we started this journey.

Unfortunately, with these combined increases, it’s become incredibly difficult for us to continue delivering the quality and service you know and love at prices that remain fair and accessible.

With that in mind, we’ve made the tough decision to pause PawStepz for now while we take some time to rethink and restructure.

As of the end of April, we will no longer be accepting new orders.

This isn’t goodbye — just a short break while we work behind the scenes to find a way forward.

We are so grateful for your support, your trust, and for being part of this journey with us.

We’ll be back — stronger, smarter, and still committed to bringing you affordable, quality products for your furry family 🐶💛
