Hello September! 🍂 We are soooo excited about what’s up next at JOI Pet Treats® 🐶😻

October 8-18th we will be at the Georgia Grown Market at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, GA so mark your calendars! ✍️

We are excited to announce we will be adding Water Buffalo Liver to the menu! We have partnered with David & Shalley Carrell in Monroe, GA to bring you high quality, Unique Meats Raised Right!

The tendons are on hold for now due to processing
issues - they require additional equipment for slicing and proper dehydration.

Smiley Miley is a tried and true fan of JOI Pet Treats! 🐶 Here she does a taste test between our #1 treat (Beef Liver) and our Water Buffalo liver - she chooses the Water Buffalo hands down 🤛 (literally) 😆

We love trying novel proteins and this Water Buffalo Liver is something we just might keep! 🤔

My Phoenix 🐶 has been eating this Water Buffalo liver for over a week and his skin looked great when I bathed him a few days ago. ✨

If you’re wondering what happen to the Water Buffalo tendons, my pups are enJOI-ing the heck out of them! 🫶 I was not prepared to need a special tool to cut the ~1-inch thick tendons into strips so I dehydrated them whole. It is quite difficult to pe*****te the center through dehydration requiring these to be refrigerated and therefore not shelf-stable.

So, we will be looking for other ways to bring JOI novel proteins for those pets like my Phoenix - sensitive to EvErYtHiNg! 😫
