Let’s talk collar width 🐾

At Furever Greys, our martingales come in 1”, 1.5”, and 2” widths. The best part? It’s completely up to you and your dog’s preference.

We’ve had Great Danes in 1” collars and tiny whippets in 2”. There’s no rule — just what feels right for you and your hound.

That said, wider collars can help spread pressure more evenly across the neck. This can be more comfortable for dogs that pull or for breeds with longer, slender necks like greyhounds.

Here’s a quick guide:
✨ 1” – Sleek and lightweight
✨ 1.5” – A balanced everyday fit
✨ 2” – A bold look with extra support

Every collar is handmade in our rural NSW studio with comfort, safety, and style in mind.
