PrairieDawgs students… we need volunteers to help out trial run smoothly this weekend. If you could volunteer for about 3 hours, a morning or afternoon (or a whole day) that would be most appreciated. We need many hands working together to make a big event like this happen.
What you would do…
- pole setting, leash running, course building, timer or scribe, gate steward.
This Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th
We will teach you what you need to do and it’s a great opportunity to watch dogs run in a real trial.

Most are 7 week classes, but there is one "drop in" class also available. There is also one daytime class.

Keep in mind - Private Lessons are available now till September! If you want to arrange something let us know.

Announcement: Level 1 Class (Beginner) start dates:

Monday, June 29 at 6:30
Tuesday, June 30 at 6:30

*Provided - the Monday class currently running has finished and has not been cancelled/postponed

*Provided - there are 3 dogs registered in the class

Level 1 is a fun introduction to agility and you will learn many obstacles including: A-frame, Dog Walk, Weave Poles, Tunnels, Jumps, Hoops, Barrel, Teeter, etc. This is a great way to improve your bond with your dog and also great mental and physical exercise!

Any type of dog can do agility, to start they should be at least 6 months old, but no maximum age. Families or couples can work in class and learn together with their dog.

If your dog is aggressive or reactive, talk to us first, a busy and exciting class situation isn't the best for all dogs, please let us know if you have concerns about your dog around other dogs (or people).

7 weeks of classes $210.
Two LARGE FENCED areas on our acreage gives lots of space to run and have room for spectators as well.

Instructors are patient and encouraging! We want you and your dog to have FUN!

If you’re wondering what week of class you’re on and how many weeks are left (all classes right now are 7 weeks). I made a list of classes planned for this week.

I am in the process of planning the next set which hopefully will be posted this week. There will be new Monday to Wednesday classes starting end of June/beginning of July. I am thinking of offering some options that are DROP IN since it’s Summer. Hopefully that interest enough people.
