Ibi Semper Training, Inc Ibi Semper Training, Inc is a 501c3 registered NY charitable Non-Profit. No Military Service or dog breed limit. We operate solely on donation and fundraisers.

We match shelter dogs to Veterans & 1st Responders with PTSD to train their dogs as Service Dog teams at no charge. Training is free to Veterans and First Responders with PTSD. Teams will attend an 8 months program. The first 6 months are mostly in-classroom and followed by 2 American Kennel Club tests. The last 2 months are in a public setting and followed by a Public Access test. We only train PTSD Service Dog teams and task train for PTSD only.

Remember that if you can't walk barefoot on the walkway/asphalt, neither can your dog! Taking your dog out on weekends to the Farmers Market is great, and I have seen dogs "dance" because their paws were burning. Please check the temps and the ground before taking your dog out. Please be aware that 2-5pm is the hottest time of the day.

You can join us THIS SATURDAY at Curtis Lumber's PetAPalooza for a fun day of animals, adoptions and good company. Stop by our table and say hi! We will have our k-9 teams calendar and cookbooks, as well as t-shirts for sale to support our 100% volunteer organization and 100% of funds collected go back into helping local Veterans and First Responders with training, dog adoptions and supporting. We do a lot of outreach events and educate about SD rights, PTSD and mental health, and if we can't service you, we will try to find a contact to send you to. Thank you for your support!
