If your kitty has recently been bred and you're excitedly waiting for good news, here are some common signs that may indicate she's pregnant. 🐱💕
🌸 Around 2–3 weeks after mating
Her ni***es become pinker, larger, and more noticeable.
She may sleep more than usual, lose her appetite for a few days, or experience mild vomiting.
Some cats become extra affectionate and enjoy cuddles more than usual.
🍗 Around 4–5 weeks
Her belly starts to become rounder, especially when viewed from above or from the side.
She begins eating more and gradually gains weight.
Her mammary glands become more developed.
🐾 Around 6–7 weeks
Her belly is noticeably larger.
You may be able to feel the kittens moving when she's resting (avoid pressing or handling her belly firmly).
🧺 Around 8 weeks
She may start looking for a quiet, cozy place to build a nest.
She may groom and lick her belly and ge***al area more frequently.
Some cats may even begin producing milk a few days before giving birth.
