We welcomed Buster into our sanctuary yesterday. So far he’s a gentle giant with most of our other seniors (Ruby and Nara haven’t decided which friends they want, if any). He is kind of a mess with heart worms and terribly sore joints. He started heartworm treatment at the shelter and we’ll find out how successful it was soon.

Our sweet boy Duke gained his angel wings today. He was truly loved and will be missed.

Does anyone have a flirt pole that our DMD Sanctuary could borrow? I want to see if any of our seniors want to play with it before I purchase one. Thanks!

This precious girl is Mimi. She’s a senior Shih Tzu who just needed a soft place to land. We hope we can provide her with some better health and comfort. She may look pretty rough but she’s got a spicy personality.
