Looking to rent out my 3 acre pasture to someone who has a couple horses that can be together and tied or separated in paddock during feeding times , on a self care board / partial pasture board situation

Lots of shade , lots of grass. Would like someone to keep a roll or have me throw hay to help keep the grass good.

Includes dragging pastures/dropping feed and hay flakes if needed.
24/7 access to clean fresh water.

Use of all amenities (round pen, storage for tack/feed/trailer parking)
