If you don't want the stress of losing your pet, do everything to keep it secure & safe. ESPECIALLY in new places, while traveling & around new people.

Secured in crates, have on leashes with secure collars (Martingale collars are great. They can't easily back out of them). Make sure to close securely windows, doors & gates.

Before opening door of house, vehicle or RV make sure your pet is secured.

Use GPS collar's made for animals. Fi or Garmin are great! Some people buy & use both. Fi has long lasting battery but does not work in areas with no cell service. Garmin is only gps collar that works in areas with no service, but there battery life is not long. Order directly from companies for warranty, customer service & discounts.

These simple actions can make a big difference.

Your pet relies on you to keep it safe.

Accidents happen, but most lost pets can be prevented.

We are so happy to report that after a huuuuge adventure in the wilderness for nearly two weeks (she totally took off right after her adoption), Mochi made it home to her adopters! 💫💞

She was hand delivered to them by our Kennels Manager, Marissa, and she is settling in beautifully and loves to snuggle on the couch. We are so incredibly grateful that after a tough situation she was found and is now happy in her new, loving home. We know she has so many happy years ahead of her and hopefully less thrilling adventures! Congratulations to Mochi for roughing it in the wild and finding her forever home! 🏞️🏡
