Yesterday was a beautiful day spent with

You know when you walk into a space and it’s beautiful and there is a warm sense of community and the human energy is good? Yeah, that’s Sol Flour. The delicious treats and coffee are the icing on the perfectly cultivated cake that Élan and Ty have created here.

And I cannot possibly go without mentioning the wonderful time I got to spend with so much kindness and talent wrapped into one person. Being able to watch you work and be your friend is so special 🥹

What a whirlwind y’all! My first Mother’s Day in the books and it was great!

Thank you for letting the flowers take over your walk-in for a few days and to for always being such a gracious host! Could not have done it without either of you partnering with me and I’m just so grateful!
