I love my customers !!! 😭🥹❤️
We recently did a little axolotl “trade” with a previous customer! Their baby turned out to be a handsome little boy, and they needed a female for their all-female tank, so we sent them one of our gorgeous girls along with supplies to safely send their boy back to us but when I started unpacking, I found this adorable handmade piece of steel art from them!! 😭🤯❤️

Y’all, I am absolutely obsessed!! 😍 This is something I will cherish and keep in my collection forever!! 🥹❤️

Something y’all might not know is that I run this entire page and business all by myself. Every post, every message, every comment, every little detail… it’s all me! 🥹❤️ I see and remember the people who take the time to comment, share our posts, react to our pictures, and support what I do, even in the smallest ways.

I pour so much of myself into this little business, and sometimes it’s easy to forget that there are real people on the other side of the screen who appreciate what I do just as much as I appreciate them. Getting something so thoughtful from someone who has supported us means more to me than I can even explain. 😭🥹

This is about so much more than axolotls for me. It’s about the amazing people, connections, and friendships that come with doing something I love. ❤️

To everyone who has ever liked, commented, shared, purchased from us, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines, thank you. You have no idea how much it means to this one-person operation. 🥹🫶

Y’all aren’t just customers to me. You’re part of what makes Hypnotic Exotics ZTX so special, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you. 😭❤️✨
