🐾 WISHLIST WEDNESDAY! 🐾

This week, our kitties are asking for a little something to help keep their bellies happy and their bodies healthy! ❤️

FortiFlora probiotics! And we could use SEVERAL boxes of the good stuff! 😂🤭

Did you know probiotics can be especially helpful in multi-cat environments like ours?

With so many foster kitties coming from different backgrounds, shelters, and stressful situations, keeping their digestive systems healthy is a BIG part of what we do!

Here’s why we love FortiFlora:

🐾 Healthy digestion: Helps maintain a healthy balance of beneficial bacteria in the gut.

🐾 Fewer tummy troubles: Helps manage diarrhea and loose stools, especially during stressful transitions or dietary changes.

🐾 Immune system support: Contains antioxidants that support normal immune function, which is especially important when caring for so many rescue kitties!

🐾 Support during transitions: Helps support digestive health while our newest arrivals adjust to their temporary home.

We add probiotics to our kitties’ daily meals, and with this many little mouths to feed, we go through them FAST!

Want to help us stock up? 🥹

You can find Purina Pro Plan FortiFlora for Cats (30-count packets) at Amazon, Chewy, or PetSmart! Pictured below! ⬇️

Donations can be dropped off at the cafe or shipped directly to:

From our tiniest troublemakers to our professional nappers, THANK YOU for helping us keep our foster babies happy and healthy while they wait for their forever families! ❤️🐾

Something pretty PAW-some is happening behind the scenes at The Chatty Cat Cafe… and it’s about to make a BIG difference for our whiskered residents! 🐱💕

We’re introducing a brand-new Feline Enrichment & Education Program, and we’ve brought in some extra helping hands (and big brains!) to help bring it to life!

First up, meet Jesse, our Feline Enrichment & Education Intern! 🐾

Jesse is a freshman at Muskingum University, with two years of experience as a veterinary assistant. And she’s putting that passion for animals to work right here in our cat lounge!

So what’s all this enrichment business about? 🤔

Well, our kitties aren’t just here to look adorable and wait for someone to fall in love with them. (Although they’re VERY good at that.)

We’re building a program that helps our foster cats become more confident, comfortable, and ADOPTABLE!

Through our new Cat Pawsitive training program, Jesse will be working with our cats on positive reinforcement training, confidence building, socialization, and fun little activities that keep their minds and paws busy!

She’ll also be helping us bring our volunteers into the fun by teaching them simple enrichment activities and training techniques they can use during their shifts. And because the learning shouldn’t stop at adoption, she’ll be creating educational resources to help our adopters understand their new furry family members and set them up for success at home!

It’s more than playtime. It’s giving cats the tools they need to thrive, both inside our lounge and beyond it. ❤️

We’re so excited to watch this program grow, see our kitties learn new skills, and share their progress with all of YOU!

Help us give Jesse a big welcome to the Chatty Cat Crew!! 🐾💕

A little painting, a little pumpkin making, a little Halloween magic, and a whole lot of CATS! 🐈💕

October isn't quite finished yet, and we've got FOUR more reasons to get out of the house and make some memories! (Because sitting at home is overrated when you could be hanging out with cats. 🤭)

Here's what's happening at The Chatty Cat Cafe!

🌸 **Thursday, October 22 | 5–7 PM**
**Whimsical Kitty Paint Party!**
A blank kitty, a rainbow of paints, and a little imagination. Let's make something adorable!

🧶 **Wednesday, October 28 | 5 PM**
**Crochet Pumpkins!**
A cozy little guided class where a ball of yarn becomes the cutest pumpkin you ever did see!

🍬 **Thursday, October 29 | 5:30–7 PM**
**Trick-or-Treat at Colony Square Mall!**
Tiny costumes, big smiles, and a mall full of Halloween fun!
also collecting canned food donations for say boo to hunger!

🐱 **Friday, October 30 | 5:30 PM**
**Yoga with Cats!**
A little stretching, a little relaxation, and a few furry instructors who have absolutely NO respect for personal space!

So, which one are we seeing you at?! 🤭

Hop over to our **Events tab**, pick your favorite, and once to the event page click **"Get Tickets"** for all the details!

Life's too short for boring Thursdays. Or Wednesdays. Or Fridays.

🐾 MILO MONDAY: THE UPDATE WE’VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR!!!

MILO. HAS. BEEN. ADOPTED!!!!! 😭🎉

After all this time, all the Milo Mondays, and all of you cheering on our sweet boy… MILO IS HOME. 🥹♥️

And if that wasn’t enough to make us cry, his new family shared this little update:

“He’s adjusting very well, it’s like he’s always belonged here.”

Because maybe that’s exactly where he was meant to be all along.

Our sweet Milo finally has a home to call his own, a family who loves him, and a whole new life ahead of him.

To everyone who shared his posts, rooted for him, visited him, and loved him while he waited — THANK YOU. You were all part of his story. ♥️

And to Milo’s new family, thank you for giving our boy the happy ending we’ve been dreaming of.

This is why we do what we do. 🐾

HAPPY GOTCHA DAY, MILO!!! 🥹🏡
