We are reaching out to all clients who receive compounded medications from Wedgewood Pharmacy who may have been affected by this recall. If you’re concerned about your compounded prescriptions from Wedgewood, please reach out directly to our office.

RECALL ALERT: Wedgewood Pharmacy LLC is voluntarily recalling nearly 4,000 compounded veterinary medications within expiry at the provider/customer level due to potential potency issues.

The affected products were shipped between February 18, 2026 and October 6, 2026 to veterinary practices, pharmacies, and other customers nationwide in the U.S. A complete list of affected products (including powders, pastes, oral suspensions, injectables, ophthalmic ointments and solutions, ear solutions and suspensions, topical sprays, and gels), lot numbers, and expiration dates are available at www.wedgewood.com/recall-lookup/. We have a new online pharmacy! Vetcove is replacing VetSource in our hospital. If you currently utilize VetSource for home delivery, please cancel any autoships you have scheduled and reach out to us. We can upload your current prescriptions and set them up for autoship, as well.

Please use caution when selecting dog toys like the ones shown here. We have treated multiple dogs that swallowed these toys whole, resulting in obstructions that required surgical removal. For your pet’s safety, we recommend choosing toys that are appropriately sized and designed to minimize the risk of accidental ingestion.

Everyone please help us welcome Dr. Natalia Burgos-Vazquez to our hospital! Today is her first day with us, but she’s been practicing for the last few years at a hospital in Norman. Originally from Puerto Rico, she is bilingual. We are so happy to have her join our team and we can’t wait for you all to meet her!
