Client Policy Update – Effective immediately
As I continue balancing my work while caring for my baby and maintaining a healthy work–home life, I’ve made a few updates to help me stay on a consistent schedule while still providing the best care possible for all of my clients. I truly appreciate your understanding and support!
Starting immediately, the following policies will be in place:
• No-Show Policy
Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be required to pay 50% of the missed service total before booking a future appointment.
If you choose to wait until your next pre-scheduled appointment instead, that is absolutely okay—however, an additional 25% fee will be added to that visit due to the extra time and work required.
Please note: after 3 missed appointments/no-shows, clients may no longer be eligible to continue services.
• Limited Availability
My availability is very limited, so I may not always be able to reschedule appointments within a short timeframe if one is missed or canceled without proper notice.
• Rebooking Requirement
To remain an active client, appointments must be maintained on a consistent, pre-booked schedule of no more than 8 weeks between visits.
All rebooking must be done at the time of your current appointment or scheduled in advance.
• Adding New Pets
Please take into consideration that I may not always be able to accept additional dogs added to existing client households—especially dogs over 25 pounds—as my physical capacity is becoming more limited over time. Thank you for understanding as I work to take care of my body while continuing to provide quality care.
These policies are simply to help keep things running smoothly for everyone and allow me to continue giving each pet the time and care they deserve 🩷
