Mr. Larry and I had the honor of speaking with News 9’s Mike Glover about our miracle girl, Molly. 💛

If you’ve been following along on our stories, you saw that I stumbled upon Molly right after being hit by a car.

Two weeks ago, I was feeling quite tired after leaving ladies’ bible study and in a rush to get home, ended up taking a wrong turn that put me exactly where I was needed. Mr. Larry is a true gem and I have happily accepted his “adoption” into the family. A huge thank you to and for providing Molly the highest level of care. After suffering a dislocated elbow, road rash, countless lacerations, bruised lungs, and significant internal bleeding— she should make a full recovery 🥹🙌🏼

Clearly a menace to society 🤪

If your dog only comes back when they feel like it, chances are you’ve accidentally taught them that “come” ends the fun.
Recall has to become the BEST part of their day — not the signal that freedom is over.
A few ways to build a faster, happier recall:
• Reward BIG every single time
• Don’t only call them for “bad news” (bath, kennel, leaving the park, nail trims 🙃)
• Make yourself more exciting than the environment
• Practice on a long line before trusting it off leash
• Praise them the SECOND they commit to coming back

A love letter to the “hard dogs” 🐶

To the ones people label as “too much”…🫶🏼
We know you.
We know you can’t help that your body moves faster than your brain sometimes.🧠That you have such big feelings and you struggle to contain them.
And we know that the world doesn’t always understand you.

But we do.
You’re not “bad.” You’re not “broken.”
You are not “dangerous” or less than.

To the ones that get so excited that you can’t contain it. The ones that have had to defend themselves, so now they’re reactive and guarded. 😕
And despite these struggles… you still try.
You try every single day to make sense of a world that wasn’t made for you. To learn rules that are not inherent to you. You try to trust, even when you’ve been hurt. You try to be “good,” even when you aren’t really even sure what that even means.
To love a “hard” dog is a challenge like no other.
But when it clicks—when they finally feel safe, understood, and capable—there is nobody more loyal, more connected, more devoted.

So here’s to the “hard dogs.” ❤️The misunderstood ones. The sensitive ones. The ones who feel too strongly.
You’re not too much.
You’re just need someone to take the time to know YOU. And we think you’re pretty great 💛🐾

Congratulations to Biscuit for graduating from our 2-Week Puppy Start Right Board & Train Program! 🎓🐾

Biscuit is a 3 month old Havanese puppy. During her time with us, we focused on building strong foundations through recall work, leash walking, obedience basics, and tons of confidence-building socialization. Biscuit explored new places, walked across strange and uneven surfaces, experienced loud noises, met new people, and learned how to navigate the world with a little more bravery each day.

At just 3 months old, this stage of training is so important. Puppies are constantly learning from every experience, and Biscuit’s family gave her such a great head start by investing in her confidence, structure, and social skills early on. She’s still very much a baby, but she’s already growing into such a smart, curious, and well-rounded little pup. We are so proud of this sweet girl and can’t wait to watch her continue to grow! 🤍

Ignore the haters. Take the pictures. 📸

Your dog already knows you’re obsessed with them… and honestly, you should be 💁🏼‍♀️

They don’t know what that silly box is that you point at them📱🤳

They just know you’re talking to them, smiling at them, choosing them.🐶

And one day?
You’ll be really glad you did.🩷

Gideon, an 8 month old Australian Shepherd, has officially graduated our 2-Week Manners at Home Board & Train Program 💫

When Gideon first joined us, he was a very timid guy who struggled with confidence around new people, new places, and unfamiliar experiences. According to his mom, walks were overwhelming, and he started barking at the neighbors for being in their own backyard (how dare they!) 🤪

Over the last two weeks, Gideon has made huge progress in both confidence and independence. He has developed a solid foundation of obedience skills and has transformed into a much more neutral, relaxed companion out in public. Whether it’s walks around the neighborhood, new environments, or being around dogs and people, Gideon is learning how to take the world on head first, rather than hiding behind me. We are so proud of this sweet boy and excited to watch him continue to grow and thrive with his family! 🤎

If your dog feels like chaos right now… watch this 👀

These aren’t “perfect dogs”—they’re real dogs who went home with REAL results.🙌🏼

Less jumping. Less barking. More trust. More reliability. Way more peace in the house 🥹

You heard it here from their owners… that’s life after training 🐾🥳

Are you ready for your own “I can’t believe my dog can do this” moment? 🤯
