Warmest holiday wishes! 🐕 ☃️ ✨🎄❄️🕎🛷🧣🦌🎿

To the dogs, who are my greatest teachers, the dedicated owners who show up for them, and for the shared knowledge and support of a passionate community of dog trainers I am lucky to collaborate with, I am grateful to work with each and every one of you!

See you in the New Year!

Congrats to recent graduate, Hermione!

⭐️This happy, wiggly, snuggly girl and her amazing parents focused on human training mechanics, building recall, and leash skills, with some skills built for disengaging from exciting cyclists and other dogs thrown in. I am so proud of their crew and thank my lucky stars that I get to work with families like theirs.

✨Give some big props to these guys, they earned it!

Congratulations team Fiona for wrapping up their first round of puppy training! I am so happy that this these two crossed paths in life as they work together so well. Fiona's human has been patient, compassionate, thoughtful, and diligent about practicing skills, all without so much as a ruffled tail feather. I remember when I adopted my first puppy, how much I had yet to learn, and having no idea how much my dog would teach me. Attending positive reinforcement based group classes (thank you ) was life changing for us —training could be both fun and effective, working as a team to communicate more effectively, where learning is free from punishment, intimidation, pain, discomfort, and fear.

Bodi recently graduated from his very first round of training, where he we introduced him all the puppy foundation skills! His humans were fired up to get him started with training for an active lifestyle, with hopes he can go wherever they go. They have also made a fantastic effort to give him positive socialization experiences with other nice puppies his age (and nice humans of all ages) by attending a local puppy play group. 👏🏽💫

Congratulations Bodi! Keep learning and having fun! 🎓

Beyond teaching handler mechanics and shaping new behaviors, one of the best parts of my job is the people (and the dogs!) I get to meet. This wonderful family and their bright and charming puppy recently finished their first training package, and our work together continues! Not only is this dog a total star student, but his family's warmth and dedication have made every lesson an absolute pleasure. Building these relationships and seeing such incredible progress is why I love what I do. I can't wait for what's to come for this sweetest boy and the three generations of women who are making every effort to give him a great start at life. 💗🎓
