Loftin Veterinary Hospital Loftin Veterinary Hospital offers high quality preventive care, wellness exams, vaccinations, spays, In 1997, Dr. William Loftin, Jr.

For over 20 years, Loftin Veterinary Hospital has served the Youngsville, Lafayette, and Broussard communities. The doors of LVH were open long before Ernest Gallet Elementary, Sugar Mill Pond and Fieldcrest subdivisions, and the numerous grocery stores and restaurants that now grace our bustling city. proudly founded Loftin Veterinary Hospital. The first patient to walk through the door was Wilbur, a pot-bellied pig. Since that time, his family has grown, his building has grown, and staff faces have changed. However, his business goal has remained simple and constant: provide the best veterinary medical care to his patients and provide the best possible customer service to his clients.

🐾 Loftin Spotlight: Butter!

Meet Butter! Butter has been one of our receptionist-in-training superstars since she was just a baby, and she recently turned four years old! 🎉

Butter’s family includes her feline friend Silf, and her human David. ❤️

When she’s not helping out at the front desk, Butter loves learning new tricks, going on long walks, and snuggling up for well-deserved naps with her pops.

We’ve loved watching Butter grow over the years, and we’re so happy to have her as part of the Loftin family. Keep shining, Butter! 🐶✨

🌟🐾 LOFTIN SPOTLIGHT: DR. HEATHER STEVENS! 🐾🌟

We are so lucky to have Dr. Heather Stevens as part of the Loftin family! 💕 Dr. Stevens has been with us for almost three years, coming up this January, as one of our amazing relief veterinarians. 🩺🐶🐱

When she’s not taking care of patients, Dr. Stevens has quite the crew of her own! Boomer a Golden Daisy a Pitty mix and her cats Thunderbolt, Church and Rocket! 🐕🐈🚀

And her animal family doesn’t stop there! She also cares for chickens, geese, ducks, and even a peacock! 🐔🪿🦆🦚 Talk about a full house! 😂💕

In her free time, Dr. Stevens enjoys reading, volunteering with spay and neuter programs, and spending time with her family. 📚❤️

We are so grateful for everything Dr. Stevens brings to Loftin and our patients! Help us show her some love in the comments! 🥰🐾
