Update: we have received a few apps - all have dogs too big for Phoenix, or are too far away. We can’t transport outside of NC, SC, TN or VA. Please read full post for details.
Phoenix has officially been available for adoption for a WEEK… and not one application. 💔 I’m genuinely at a loss because this girl is beautiful inside and out. After everything she has endured, Phoenix is still one of the sweetest, most loving dogs you could ever meet. She doesn’t ask for much. She just wants her person. ❤️
Phoenix is healthy, potty trained, crate trained, quiet as can be, loves kids, and does great with small dogs or submissive dogs who respect her space. Given her past, she understandably doesn’t love dogs getting right in her face. She eats fine.
Update: She does not have any issues and is healthy.
She has survived more than any dog should have to, and somehow she still chooses love.
