WE NEED YOUR HELP

It's easy, but you can help us get a grant to fund our ongoing rescue by taking a few minutes to vote for Purr Partners.
Please vote for us to share in a $100,000 grant this December from . The more votes we earn the larger portion of the grant we qualify for, so please share with your friends.

Purr Partners is taking on a bigger role than we ever have in the face of the continuing crisis for cats and kittens everywhere. With more people losing their homes, their livelihoods, pet deposits increasing, vet and pet food costs rising, and fewer spay/neuter resources, we are finding that we are being asked to take in more cats and kittens than ever before.

How are we helping?
- We are honoring our returns as many of our adopters are facing dire circumstances,
- we are stepping up for rural shelters that are being inundated with owner surrenders and strays,
- we have expanded our Temporary Foster Program to help people place cats and kittens they have found and are struggling with the costs of care and finding placement;
- we have helped many more individuals through our Good Sam Vet Care Program,
- and we have increased the funding for our TNR Program, Wandering Whiskers.

There is so much need, so many desperate situations, and so many calls for help, that we are stretching our resources to the limit to help as many as possible. Every penny counts as things worsen for the most vulnerable cats and kittens out there: those abandoned, dumped, surrendered, the seniors, the neonates, injured, sick, and colony cats. Every single one needs us, but we need the resources to do the work.

Please share with your friends and ask them to share. You are literally funding vet care, surgeries, worming, spay/neuters, and supplies which are needed to save the lives of those who won't have a life without help.

Tiny kittens. Big messes. Even bigger reasons to foster.

Meet BobbySocks, a 4-week-old kitten who came into Purr Partners’ care after being found living in a shed without her mom. Sadly, only two kittens from her litter survived. Now, BobbySocks and her sister, Blackberry, are safe in one of our amazing foster homes, getting the extra care they need to grow big and strong before they’re ready for adoption.

At this age, kittens are learning to eat on their own, and syringe feeding can provide supplemental nutrition while they master the art of eating independently. As you can see, she’s still working on her table manners!

The Hurricanes brought home the Cup, and our Stanley is ready to steal some hearts!

Meet Stanley, a fluffy little guy with a BIG personality! He doesn’t seem to realize he’s smaller than his foster mates and is always ready to join in the fun. He loves playing with the other cats and gets along with dogs in his foster home as well.

But this little MVP isn’t all about the action. Stanley loves being held and snuggling up in bed with his foster. He’s the perfect combination of playful and affectionate!

Since Stanley is under 20 weeks old, he’ll need a feline friend in his forever home to keep him company and help him burn off all that kitten energy.

Meet Taco Bell!

At 6 months old, Taco Bell is curious, playful, and always ready to “help”! She got her name when her foster mom stopped at the Taco Bell drive-thru with this tiny kitten riding in her lap on the way home. The name stuck!

Taco Bell wants to be part of everything you do—even if your task requires zero kittens! She loves chasing balls and springs, wrestling with her foster friends, and watching the world go by from a windowsill. She enjoys affection but is usually too busy exploring to sit still for long.

She gets along great with other cats and doesn’t mind dogs. Taco Bell is looking for an active home with plenty of playtime, fun, and opportunities to supervise your daily activities!

Her adorable, flat face and tiny nose come with chronic nasal discharge, so her foster mom wipes her nose a couple of times a day. She doesn’t need medication, and it certainly doesn’t slow this busy girl down!
