⋆˚࿔ Marceline⋆˚࿔

Sweet Marci was brought to us in April. She was pregnant- and shortly after her arrival she gave birth to 5 beautiful kittens (who are all available for adoption) on April 17. Shortly after she went to her foster home. Now, she’s ready to find her forever home!

Marci has a HUGE personality! She is a chirpy, dainty girl who can never get enough attention. She’s just over a year old. She can be a sassy diva at times, and will start some drama in her cat room. She’ll need to go to a home with submissive, mellow cats, or to be the only cat in the house! She ADORES people, however. She is an attention hog and will make sure she gets all the pets and snuggles you have to offer. Marci would do best in a home with older, respectful kiddos. Dogs unknown. Adoption fee is $80.

Marci is fixed, tested, & up to date on all other vet care, including microchip.

Luke is wondering when it'll be his turn to go home.

He has done everything right: greeting visitors with confident meows, politely asking for pets, and playing nice with the other cats. But somehow, it's always another kitty being carried out the door to their forever home.

Luke arrived at West Side Cats last November as a tiny kitten. His sister Leia was quickly adopted, leaving him behind at the shelter. Despite waiting so long, Luke hasn't lost his spark! He is often found looking out the door of his room, trying to chat up anyone who walks by.

We would love to see this boy find a home for the holidays this year. Please stop in during open hours and see if Luke could be the guy for you! If you can't adopt right now please share this post. 💙

Luke is 1 year old. He is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. His adoption fee is $80. And now through 10/31, if you adopt two cats, the second adoption fee is 50% off!

🐾 Millie & Tommy 🐾

Millie was brought to us on May 8 of this year after she was found as a stray. After spending time in her foster home, she is now ready for her forever home! Millie is about 7 months old. She is a shy girl, but once she is comfortable and comes out of her shell, she is a playful, affectionate kitten! Shelter life is not easy for a cat, and Millie has adjusted as well as she can. She does well with the other kittens in her room. Millie would do best with a family that can allow her to come out of her shell on her own time, one that can be patient with her as she adjusts to a new home. She would do well with other cats, as well as older respectful kiddos. Dogs unknown. Adoption fee $120.

Tommy is a lover boy. Surrendered in early April alongside 7 other kittens, this guy is desperate for someone to love on all day long. He will literally climb up our legs to be held! Tommy is around 6 months old. He is one of the flirtiest cats we have here at the shelter right now! If you’re looking for a Velcro cat - Tommy is your guy. He has a million dollar personality. He would do well with other cats, and respectful kiddos. Dogs unknown. Adoption fee $120.

Both Millie and Tommy are fixed, tested, & up to date on all other vet care, including microchip.

10-year-old Cookie was surrendered to West Side Cats because his previous owner was moving and couldn't bring him along. After a decade of knowing the comforts of home, Cookie suddenly found himself in a busy shelter - but he's decided to make the most of his new situation! This lover boy is a social butterfly, chatting up every volunteer and visitor, hoping each new person will be the one to give him a forever home. He's always happy to hop on a desk to "help" with paperwork, or crawl in someone's lap for snuggles.

While Cookie has made plenty of friends at the shelter, this place is still no substitute for a cozy home with a family of his own. Please stop in during open shelter hours to meet him and all our other adoptable cats!

Cookie is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. His adoption fee is $80. And now through 10/31, if you adopt two cats, the second adoption fee is 50% off!

Tequila on the move! 🏃

Tequila has made quite the journey to West Side Cats! He and his brother, Coquito, were brought to Youngstown from a rescue in Puerto Rico. Since he's arrived at the shelter, it seems like he's always up to something! If he's not leaping across the cat tree or chasing toys, you can usually find him resting on a perch with his signature dangly arms.

Please stop in to visit Tequila (and all of our cats!) during open shelter hours.

Tequila is approximately 1 year old. He is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. His adoption fee is $80. And now through 10/31, if you adopt two cats, the second adoption fee is 50% off! 🎉

Both of these kittens are very social and love to be involved in whatever is happening, from feather toys to zooming through the cat tunnels chasing each other.
Adoption fee is $120 each. (Or both for $180-take advantage of the buddy special running until October 31st!) 🐾
