Bluebell is lost in Rock Hill a few miles from Top Gun Veterinary. She belongs to one of Katie's friends. Please be on the look out if you are in that area. She is likely scared, she was shocked by the hot wire and ran off in an unfamiliar area.

UPDATE: REUNITED!! Bluebell is home safe & sound after 8 days, 1 hours :)
