🐾💙 This good-looking guy is Derrick!

Derrick came to see us because he was experiencing URI symptoms, hiding more than usual, and had decreased energy levels. We gave him subcutaneous fluids and sent him home with a course of antibiotics to help him fight off that respiratory infection. 💊🐱

We’re so happy to report that Derrick has really turned the corner! 🥰 He’s feeling much better, acting more like himself, and has been doing better than he has in weeks! ❤️

Keep feeling better, handsome Derrick! We’re so happy to see you back to your happy self! 🐾💙

🐾💙 This handsome Lab is Patrick!

Patrick came to see us because he was feeling lethargic and having trouble putting weight on his front legs. His owners weren’t exactly sure what happened, but they suspect the little cutie pictured with him may have had something to do with it! 😂🐶

After all, it’s not easy being a laid-back Lab when you have a bundle of energy running around and jumping on you all day! 🐾💨

Patrick was sent home with a course of pain medication and some much-needed rest. We’re happy to report that he’s been doing well at home and is getting back to feeling like himself! 🥰💙

Keep resting and feeling better, Patrick! And maybe tell your little sibling to take it easy on you! 😉🐾

🐾 Meet Moose! This sweet fella came to see us after experiencing vomiting, lethargy, and a lack of appetite and thirst. After a thorough examination, we discovered that Moose had an intestinal foreign body and needed urgent care.

Because of the hour, we helped facilitate his transfer to a 24-hour emergency hospital so he could receive the surgery he needed. But Moose had a surprise of his own—while at the hospital, he actually passed a sponge on his own! 🧽🎉

To make sure there wasn’t anything else hiding in his intestines, his owners had an ultrasound performed, and thankfully, nothing else was found. ❤️

With the ultrasound, they found and incidental finding that Moose may have Addison’s disease, so his owners are working with his veterinary team to complete the necessary testing and get some answers.

We’re very happy to report that Moose has been doing well at home since his visit! 🥰 We’re keeping our paws crossed that his testing goes smoothly and that he gets the care he needs for any potential Addison’s diagnosis.

Way to go, Moose! 💙🐶

Meet sweet Chance! 🐾💙

Chance came to see us after becoming lethargic, refusing to eat, and experiencing vomiting. After a thorough examination and radiographs, we determined that Chance was suffering from gastroenteritis.

We’re so happy to report that just a few days after his visit, Chance was back to his happy, playful, normal self! 🥰🐶

Meet Sammy! 🐾💙

This handsome guy came to us because his owners thought he was constipated. After a thorough examination, we discovered that Sammy was actually suffering from a urinary blockage—a serious and potentially life-threatening emergency.

Thankfully, we were able to successfully unblock him and get him back on the road to recovery! We’re so happy to report that Sammy is now doing well at home and is back to his favorite job: being a cuddlebug. 🥰🐱

Just look at that sweet face! We’re so glad you’re feeling better, Sammy! 💕

This sweet girl is Rubie! 🥰🐾

Rubie came to see us a couple of times for an eye injury. After a thorough examination, she was diagnosed with bilateral corneal ulcers and uveitis (inflammation in the eyes). Unfortunately, we were unable to determine the underlying cause of her injury.

Rubie was sent home with several different medications to help her eyes heal and keep her comfortable, along with instructions to wear an e-collar to prevent her from rubbing or bothering her eyes while they healed.

We’re happy to report that Rubie has been doing well at home since her visits! 💕 We’re so glad this sweet girl is on the road to recovery and hope she continues to feel her best! 🐶💗

This gorgeous gal is Luna! 🥰🐾

Luna came to see us after getting into a corn cob—yikes! 🌽 We were able to safely induce vomiting and, thankfully, recover the pieces before they could cause any trouble. Luna was also given an injection of anti-nausea medication to help settle her stomach and keep her comfortable.

We’re happy to report that Luna has been doing well at home! 💕 We’re so glad this sweet girl is feeling better and hope she continues to stay out of trouble! 🐶🌽
