New Specialist Alert !! ⚠️ 🚨 Dr. Audrey Ghanian will join our staff on September 22. She grew up in both New York and New Jersey and earned her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Rutgers University in 2017. She went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021 and completed a rotating internship at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital in Denver, Colorado, the following year. Dr. Ghanian then returned to the University of Pennsylvania to pursue a clinical trials specialty internship followed by a Medical Oncology residency, which she finished in 2026 shortly before becoming board-certified. Dr. Ghanian is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to pets and their families throughout every stage of the cancer journey. Outside of work, Dr. Ghanian enjoys yoga, traveling, reading, and trying new restaurants and recipes with her partner. They share two cats, Pippa (spicy) and Elphie (sweet).

We had a fantastic lunch-and-learn with our dermatologist, Dr. Dayle McClintock, at Bayside Animal Hospital!

From allergy testing to Zenrelia, many topics in dermatology were discussed — including medication protocols, food recommendations, and treatment approaches.

It was an engaging session filled with thoughtful questions, shared expertise, and continued learning. Educational opportunities like these help us provide the most current information and specialty support to our valued referring veterinary community.🐾
