🏡 JUST SOLD | 14011 Stone Dr, Bristol, VA! 🎉
This transaction was certainly one for the books!
From navigating a VA loan to coordinating complicated repairs and improvements, this deal came with its fair share of challenges. After five months from start to finish, this officially became my longest closing process to date!
There were plenty of obstacles along the way, but we stayed persistent, worked through each challenge, and ultimately got this one across the finish line! 🔑
